Brutal sunburn bro. The Vaporesso P60 kinda rules. The PT80s is still fine, and honestly vapes IDENTICAL to the PT60. Just something about that lightweight handfeel on the PT60 I guess. Also, traveling has always and will always make me gravitate toward internal battery mods for some reason. The fewer chargers I need to bring the better and the PT60 charges on a USBC cable.

Don’t smoke, Vape.

So it turns out you can kind of accidentally cover up the airflow on the Aegis BOOST2. A few times today in the car my bottom lip sort of… went too low and covered it up. Still not a dealbreaker, just something to be aware of.

The Aegis BOOST 2 B-Series coil heads are honestly really great, super crispy and flavorful. I’m expecting to see an Aegis BOOST 2 “PRO” or something in the not-too-distant future that will have a replaceable 18650; for now, you just get an internal 2000mah battery.

This SMOK RPM 5 kit really got off to a strong start. Filling it with a 120ml bottle is kind of a pain but not a deal-breaker. The thing vapes EXCELLENT. Truly very good. The vape never feels gurgly or sloppy in any way, but the bottom of the pod / tank will be moist. Almost always and occasionally it gets so bad it comes out the airflow and I kinda can’t stand that.

The form factor is nice, the square pod is nice, the slide fill on top is nice. I don’t love the battery and honestly, I’m not really loving internal battery mods these days. Still better than smoking.

Maxus Max is not a great name but oh well. It vapes awesome with the exception of the M1 mesh which I didn’t really love so much. The others are all quite nice, and the M5 is a juice hog.

The device itself is honestly really great. Good hand feel, good weight, nice and clicky side fire button. Dual 18650 is pretty tried and true at this point and I honestly really love this display. I know there are bigger ones out there, this one just seems really crispy and colorful to me.

VooPoo can be both reliable and predictable. The Drag X PNP X kit is kinda just that. The 18650 isn’t amazing but isn’t awful. The PNP X heads get slurpy kinda like the TPP coil heads did. Overall the Drag X PNP X kit is a solidly “fine” kit.

Time to get rid of that top fill system though, it gets to be a much bigger pain the more you use it.

I’m convinced VooPoo has more products out on the market now at one time than they did in the heyday of 2016. Thankfully they are all mostly solid, and all mostly compatible with the exception of the TPP / PNP coil heads.

Look the Gene2 in the Drag X Pro is great, always gives me plenty of power and with the exception of that wake-up thing, it’s always nice, snappy, and accurate. Also, I’m really hoping my prediction about the tiny hole comes true, because a new MTL coil head from VooPoo would be cool.

I really think this Uwell Aeglos H2 mod pod is a sleeper. It’s a real nice performer for not a whole lot of money. The MTL kinda sucks, but as a restricted lung, it’s very nice. The 0.18 coils at 42 – 44 whats is a really enjoyable vape IMO.

New vapers for sure, veteran vapers maybe if you’re looking for something in this category. You want something a little lighter weight, a little more “corporate” feeling? The Aeglos H2 mod pod could be what you need to quit cigarettes.

At the end of the day, the Palace S mod pod is fine. The lung / restricted lung is actually pretty good, and the rest of it is fine. It’s not the first thing I would suggest to a smoker, but if a smoker bought one, it would probably be fine. Likewise for vapers, in a pinch this is fine.

If it’s between this and a Whirl … I might still pick the Whirl just because I like the coil heads. But the Palace S is still fine.
