Sweden Just Did What Most of the World Thought Was Impossible: Officially Smoke Free

You absolutely read that right. In a milestone that deserves global attention, Sweden has officially crossed the threshold into *smoke-free status* with adult smoking rates dipping below the internationally recognised benchmark of 5%. This isn’t some aspirational goal or timeline prediction anymore it’s **reality**, and it’s happening now. Where is Mike Bloomberg and the WHO to give Sweden an award?

YouTube Terminated My Channel After 16 Years. Here’s Where You Can Find Me Now. :UPDATE: It Is Back

On December 12th, 2025, after over 16 years on YouTube, my channel was terminated. No warning. No specific explanation. Just gone.

Over 100 million views. Thousands of videos. Hundreds of livestreams. And most importantly, years of helping people quit smoking and find safer alternatives. All of it was wiped away in an instant.

What Happened?

As of now, I have no clear reason. YouTube didn’t provide a specific explanation beyond a vague “community guidelines” violation. I’ve filed an appeal and asked for a human review. That’s all I can do at this point.

If you’ve followed me over the years, you know I’ve always tried to do things the right way. I’ve followed the rules. I’ve avoided youth content. I’ve focused on harm reduction, science, and empowering adult smokers to make informed decisions. I’ve played the game. I’ve been transparent. And apparently, it wasn’t enough.

Today’s topics include: ol Vivek Murthy is potentially back in the position of US Surgeon General. Vivek Murthy was not a friend of the vape industry the first time around. Can we change his mind this time? Were also going to be doing some fact checking on Google and their “Other People Ask” search feature that i’m sure we have all used.

Also Cuomo in NY just passed legislation to allow ice cream manufacturers in the state to spike their products with alcohol! despite alcohol contributing to roughly 6,000 underage deaths every year. As Cuomo himself would say.. SO WHAT?

Wash AND Dry Your Coil Heads

I legitimately don’t know what else to say here. This little droid will wash / clean and DRY your coil heads. After the cycle is over you can use your freshly cleaned coil head immediately. This isn’t going to save a truly awful dirty coil head, It’s not a miracle worker. But it will certainly “refresh” it and will prolong the life of a mildly dirty coil head.
