Well hello and welcome! Time for some hot vape VLOG DAY action. I’ve decided that tonight is going to be another “OOPS ALL LIQUID TASTINGS” kind of night. The weekly cleanings of my office have unearthed many many many bottles of liquid, both old and new, commercial and DIY, and dammit I just love trying liquids to that’s what I want to do tonight.
Beer, and GTKGG, and some MAIL and some Retro Vape action will be peppered in there as well tonight. The only thing I really care about right now is that call to action, so the news will only be that tonight.
Welcome back to TBN. Vape industry news, advocacy, and information. Today’s Topics Include: The current nicotine tax in Biden’s Build Back Better plan is blatantly anti-public health and we need to tell congress. Today is going to be another activism day here on TBN. We are going to be tweeting ( politely as always ) at members of congress relentlessly. #NONICTAX
Michael Pesko, an Associate Professor in the Department of Economics at Georgia State University did an NIH ( US Government Funded Study ) on taxes and electronic cigarettes. His findings were shocking to say the least. This paper has been officially served to congress by Michael Pesko and the University Of Georgia and today we need to remind them about it.
Some early “dangle clacks” with the volume but we get it sorted out. So it’s been a min since we have been here on a Monday, but I felt like today was a good day to do a little stream with the Ceò by MT Essentials.
Mark Todd has released a boro bridge for the billet box and I’m terribly excited to use it. I’ve heard a lot already, gotten a lot of tips already so this should be FUN! I’ll post all my post stream thoughts on the Ceò down below as well as do a full-on, banana sticker review for the Ceò by MT Essentials.
If I remember correctly, the Drag Nano V1 was pretty terrible. Thankfully, the Drag Nano 2 is honestly quite awesome. As I said in the video, VooPoo coil heads can be hit and miss for me. The lower OHM PNP and TPP stuff is usually pretty great, and their Vthru / Vmate stuff is really good.
Thankfully these Drag Nano2 coil heads seem to be more along the lines of the VTHRU stuff than the VINCI stuff and for that I am thankful. Really a great pod-based MTL.
NGL… I kinda had low expectations for this GM mods / QP Design Lethal RTA. Maybe I thought it would just be the SION as an RTA, but I was very wrong. This thing is as close to a certified banger as you can get. It honestly might get upgraded later on simply because I’ve been using the Lethal SO MUCH. The flavor kinda rules and the airflow is smooth as hell.
Solid design, very solid construction. Everything feels nice and fits nicely and precisely together. It’s so easy to wick it’s almost dumb.
Well hello and welcome! Time for some hot vape VLOG DAY action. Tonight we will attempt some of the regular segments including Mail, Beer, GTKGG, Liquid Tasting, Retro Vapings, News, and more! MAYBE REVERSE VAPE MAIL TOO!! Oh, and I have some more vintage Grimm Green from the archives. Also, we are going to review a band tonight. Chances are also pretty good we will be running long. Because reasons.
The only thing I really care about right now is that call to action, so the news will only be that tonight. Also, the WHO still sucks and suddenly Gov Ned Lamont in CT LOOOOOVES Philip Morris International.
If you enjoy that “mipod” style vape, then you will very much enjoy the MIPOD V2. As I said in the video, it’s literally everything I loved about using the original Mipod, improved upon.
The MTL is great, the restricted lung is great. The pods are crackly and flavorful. I used a 90%VG liquid in this and it keeps up with no problem. Maybe don’t chain vape it like I did. traditional NIC or salt NIC will work just fine in this.
As I said, this is my first experience with the DOT AIO, or any DOT AIO compatible RBA. I feel like the Pioneer was a solid first entry for me. Lots to love about the Pioneer DOT RBA, not much at all to dislike.
The MTL airflow is stellar, the restricted lung leaves maybe a little bit to be desired, it’s still a really good vape, but I feel like the airflow of the DOT AIO is holding it back. Feels very hollow to me. Flavor is still spot on. Really good BP Construction as we have come to know from them. I don’t know that this is a “CERTIFIED” banger, but the Pioneer DOT RBA is currently very very enjoyable and versatile.
I know I say “it’s hard not to love” a lot… but… it’s really really hard to not love the ORBIT Boro Bridge by Mission XV. 4mm airflow, down to a tight tight MTL airflow and literally everything in the middle. Top-notch fit and finish. Top-notch machining.
The MTL is honestly really good, as is the restricted lung. As I said in the video, I have tried at least a dozen bridges this year and the ORBIT is currently ranking easily at number one for me.
NGL my expectations for this SMOK Solus were… LOW. I like that because there is nowhere to go but up. Thankfully this Solus ends up being a real nice, real mellow, real tight draw MTL vape. For a smoking adult, I think the Solus is an excellent fit.
Micro USB is a bummer, one pod is kind of a bummer, no charging cable is kind of a bummer. But on the upside, it’s cheap, roughly $14 most everywhere. Buy a few spare pods and use one of the 9,000 micro USB cables that probably exist in your house somewhere.
