I may sound like a broken record, but please UWELL, bring back the auto switch for the WHIRL pods. The Whirl S2 is an otherwise tasty crackly pod, maybe it will roll away from you, but if this had an auto draw I would love it on a whole other level. Unfortunately, it just ends up being a little bit better than fine.

Some minor gipes on an otherwise stellar “big pod”? The Nevoks Feelin X is almost incredible. This pod does almost everything though. MTL is possible but not ideal. Restricted lung is bangin, and full Direct lung is even banging-ger. It’s smooth and that rubber tip makes it damn near hands free.

So yeah I stand by everything I said in the video.
Ever since the very first Atlantis sub tank ever released, I’ve always enjoyed a reliable workhorse of a sub tank. This Horizon Aquila sub-tank is really hitting with me. Top-notch flavor, crispy dense vapor. The coil heads do not need a whole mess of wattage to really perform.
Lots to love about the Aquila IMO. I know a stand-alone sub tank in 2022 is a hard sell, but if you don’t have a sub tank, the Aquila would be worth a look.
You might think the title says Turned me on… but it doesn’t. The Smok Solus 2 got off to as strong as a start as I had ever seen. Crispy, nice flavor. Open MTL airflow and an ok 700mah battery.
After the first week the flavor kinda went away a little bit, then it kinda just never recovered. Which is a shame because the Smok Solus 2 is HANDS-FREE.
I feel like the LUXE X is a rough offering from Vaporesso. They nailed a lot, and also missed a lot. These coil heads just… need to be better. A 0.8 that doesn’t to MTL and a 0.4 that does a VERY VERY restricted direct lung just doesn’t hit with me.
At the end of the day it vapes fine, the flavor is good and Vaporesso is on the right track with a few things. The Luxe X just needs better coil heads and I honestly think it would slap.
The Vaporesso OSMALL 2 pod isn’t going to be a long-lasting, durable “buy it for life” type of pod. But it is lightweight, hands-free, and vapes mostly good. I’ve never really said this about a pod before, but I think this OSMALL2 would actually benefit from a thinner 50/50 PG/VG or salt-nic liquid.
It’s just crazy middle of the road, but obviously better than smoking a combustible cigarette. There are certainly much MUCH worse pod choices you could make.
I have a feeling most everybody will go for the VooPoo Argus XT due to the swapable 18650. Me personally… for some reason… I just really have always liked an internal battery device so it’s Argus MT all the way for me. I really like them for traveling. I guess this goes back to that old Innokin MVP from back in the day.
Anyway, the MAAT tank is ugly, and one of my coils was DOA, but the remaining coils vape like a good TPP coil head does. Also one last time… the finish on this VooPoo Argus MT is really a thing of beauty.
Take it for what it’s worth, but the SMOK NORD 5 kinda rules. Kinda rules and hasn’t leaked on me at all. Only cloudy, flavorful performance. You can run these coils and much lower wattages and still get sub-tank like performance from them.
Make this Smok Nord 5 an autodraw and it would probably be a perfect cloud pod.
