Going to have some Kerch redemption tonight thanks to Dylan at SUSCO. I also have “exotic sodas” for tasting tonight, in addition to beer and in addition to being always hydrated.
The SMOK Novo 4 is still impressing me on every level, even all of the replacement coil heads I tried worked really well. People generally give SMOK a hard time for leaking pods or burnt pods. I experienced neither of those things, if / when I do I will report back.
The NOVO 4 is better than the NOVO X by a lot IMO, just a much better vape all around and the AFC actually works. As I said, I’m still continuing to use these, and will report back in a PODS RANKED video with how much longer they go.

Add this video to the pile of positive reviews for the Bushido V3 RDA, because it really is a banger. The deck is mostly really easy, but can be a little finicky. It’s worth it because the flavor on the Bushido V3 RDA is awesome sauce 500.
The Bushido squonk is pretty rad, and I LOVE the bottom fill on it. I Don’t love the form factor ( just a box) and I don’t love the play on the door, for the money I’m not expecting perfection, but I also don’t want rattle on the door.
If you want it or not, it’s the Double Barrel V4 from Squid Industries. 200W, dual 18650, bare-bones chip. This is for RDAs and RTAs at higher wattages. The Double Barrel V4 has plenty of power, as does most every other dual 18650 mod on the market.
The look I loved from the OG Double Barrel is kinda lost in favor of a more square feel. It’s fine, I just don’t love it in the same way. The screen / Chip also feel … ehh… slightly remedial to me. After using a DNA100c, this feels like a fisher price chip comparatively.
Here’s the thing. I wanted to use this KERCH because it looks like a bangin boro bridge. Notice how happy and optimistic I am compared to the end when I just look defeated. I gave this everything I had and It still wasn’t enough. This leads me to believe the problem is somehow with me.
I’ve NEVER uploaded an incomplete review before but I’m at a loss and I honestly want to hear from other KERCH owners and see if they have run into this problem at all.
Here’s the thing, at the end of the day, the SION is a good RDA that vapes really well and has some top-tier level flavor. The trade-off is it’s a BIG RDA that can only house small coils comfortably. If you own the SION RDA and your top cap is getting uncomfortably hot… 25mm, pull em out a little bit, make a passage through the wick.
GM did a solid job on this and QP Did ( as usual ) a very nice job producing it. With the exception of The Prey, There isn’t much I don’t love from QP Design.
I promise I’m trying to think of something new to say other than “It’s hard not to love” … but it really is hard not to love this thing. Haven’t messed up the wicking yet, even with excessive thinning, I’ve never got a leak.
I suppose I’ll get around to the MTL of the QBIX at some point, is it lazy of me to not include it this time because I didn’t want to rebuild? Here’s the thing. The airflow is smooth on the 4mm, so I’m assuming it will be smooth on the MTL airflows as well. The 4mm has good flavor so I’m assuming the MTL will also have solid flavor since the air-choke-point is right underneath the coil.
Interesting few months for the pods ranked, no HUGE surprises regarding the Caliburn A2, it’s still banging right along. I forgot to say this in the video but I have had one single completely junky Caliburn A2 pod, lasted maybe 1 day. Otherwise, they have been awesome.
Vthru still strong, honestly the Havok is still going SHOCKINGLY strong. Call it what you want, that SORIN Air Mod is kind of laying waste to most everything else on my desk. It’s kind of crazy. Ultimately how you define a “pod” is up to you, use whatever keeps you off cigarettes.
