Hopefully, members of Congress and the industry officials will spend some time during the hearing examining the potential public health benefits e-cigarettes offer as a tool to help reduce the number of smokers in America.

My favorite freedom Guy… Guy Bentley published a fantastic article today in Reason Magazine regarding the big meeting that is happening tomorrow on the hill.

A Reddit user by the name of u/CheekyMoneyMama recently posted in the r/electronic_cigarette sub reddit with her anecdotal story of getting a CT scan recently from her doctor. She, like myself are one of the many many vapers that have received news like this from their doctor.

Recently my ENT doctor told me similar things while putting a camera down my throat. Knowing I was a 13 year smoker he said “You would have never known”. Unfortunately to people like Jerome Adams we are nothing but anecdotes. But how many anecdotes does it take before we are no longer anecdotes? Switching is quitting combustion and it boggles my mind that politicians and BodyPart ORGS can’t see past their hatred of JUUL and nicotine.

In a November 2019 Press release Democratic hopeful Elizabeth Warren made her stance on e-ciggs and vaping very clear.  While not amazing news,  it’s less terrible than others.  Elizabeth Warren has always seemed like Bernie Sanders “lite” to me which is to say,  She is much more realistic.  She doesn’t say “FREE COLLEGE FOR EVERYONE” she supports Clinton era tax brackets, 30% on individuals making $1,000,000 or more per year, and wants to use that money to help pay off student loans.  This doesn’t bother me literally at all.
