I really think this Uwell Aeglos H2 mod pod is a sleeper. It’s a real nice performer for not a whole lot of money. The MTL kinda sucks, but as a restricted lung, it’s very nice. The 0.18 coils at 42 – 44 whats is a really enjoyable vape IMO.
New vapers for sure, veteran vapers maybe if you’re looking for something in this category. You want something a little lighter weight, a little more “corporate” feeling? The Aeglos H2 mod pod could be what you need to quit cigarettes.
After a solid 5 year streak of safety here at GrimmGreen Industries, we had an OSHA recordable accident last week. An employee was being careless and not observing proper lock out / tag out procedures and was burnt on 3 digits on his right hand. This employee was written up and put on a first-level notification with mandatory battery safety classes with Battery Mooch every other week.

I know, understand and appreciate the controversy behind this RTA. With that said, the controversy ain’t my controversy and I really like this thing. The HAAR RTA is fiddly yes, intricate yes, but honestly easier thank ya think and ultimately a really stellar restricted lung IMO.
Apart from what I said in the video, I wanted to mention that this HAAR RTA does also suffer from the “COIL TURD” syndrome as I call it. An RDA for Vaping always has little speckles of liquid around the afc area, this RTA kinda does the same thing. With so many seams and parts connecting on the exterior, tiny surprise liquid drops are inevitable. Still worth it for the vape IMO. Dig this HAAR RTA, dig this HAAR RTA quite a bit.
At the end of the day, the Palace S mod pod is fine. The lung / restricted lung is actually pretty good, and the rest of it is fine. It’s not the first thing I would suggest to a smoker, but if a smoker bought one, it would probably be fine. Likewise for vapers, in a pinch this is fine.
If it’s between this and a Whirl … I might still pick the Whirl just because I like the coil heads. But the Palace S is still fine.
Last recap: OG Caliburn good. OG KOKO good. Caliburn-G meh. KOKO-Prime meh. Caliburn A2 GOOD!! KOKO A2 GOOD!! I feel pretty confident in my time with these coil heads. Happy to report they are really great. I like them more than the G coil heads and I like them MUCH more than the Yearn Neat 2 coil heads. This Caliburn A2 feels like a throwback to the first one, and I like that a lot.
Best Caliburn so far. Which will probably be beaten by the 2022 Caliburn / KoKo series. The KoKo has a lanyard thing too if you dig those, it works great.

I always expect big RDAs like this to have TONS of airflow, and while this does have some plentiful airflow, I find myself wanting just a little more. Flavorful, smooth, and really really well made describes the KONG 28mm RDA from QP designs.
Kong has a solid deck with a high “Blueh” factor, the “Blueh” hole in the center works shockingly well. Digging this thing a whole hell of a lot.

As I said in the video, I don’t know that this IAIDO mod is for sale, or will be for sale later on or how much it will cost or anything, but I do know that I love holding and using this IAIDO mod. The 18650 / 18350 conversion thing is cool, I just need to find a use for the 18350 mod. What do you use? let me know down below.
BP Mods did a great job with this thing, I would love to see a mass-produced version. The design does look a little wonky until you get it in your hand. The Acrylic type material the IAIDO Mod is made out of is beautiful to look at.
Despite everything that happened, we STILL got a successful Framed Staple Coil inside the Eclipse RTA… holy crap it happened.
It’s Build ‘n Chill Monday! WOOO!! friend of the stream Twisted Messes is back today to be our sherpa up coil building mountain. When Kent was out a few weeks ago we did some building and chilling “off the air” and one of the things that we build was a framed staple coil. This is a beastly coil that really all comes down to prep more than anything else.
