This is my first experience with anything from Vulcan Mods. I must say they are pretty nice mech mods. Hard hitting and they have that “modular” switch design much like the RCM mods. Something very satisfying and simple about a tube mech like this.

The VapingBogan tattoo graphics all look and feel top notch. They are bright and vivid and have a little bit of nice texture to them. Good things. The money goes to a really good cause as well.

The Atlas from SC out of the Philippines is easily my favorite mech I’ve had in the last year. The things I love about mechs like the Clutch, or the Avalanche are present here and then some. I gushed enough in the video I think, but the machining and fit and finish of this mech are AMAZING.

The soft buttery press of that switch bar is euphoric in nature, truly a beautiful glorious thing. This is one of the few expensive “high-end” devices I have purchased with my own money, that I wasn’t let down by in some way. Can not love this thing enough. Feels awesome to have a spankin new high-end mech from the Philippines.

QP’s Official stance is that this is not to be used with anything but the flashlight attachment. Evidently, they are shipping new Delrin insulators out to existing customers and including new insulators in all batches moving forward.

For “reasons” QP Design is calling The PREY a mechanical flashlight, which is technically the truth. It is a poor performing mechanical flashlight, but an otherwise excellent performing mechanical RDA vaporizer. Good lord… we’re not really doing this VOLDEMORT gag, are we?

It’s hard not to love the Clutch X18, man. It’s kind of everything I wanted in a dual battery version of the Clutch. Mike and Signature tips I feel have taken Dovpo manufacturing to a pretty great level. All the fit and finish in this mod are tip-top and everything in the Clutch x18 works perfectly. Though I haven’t tested the fuses yet. Maybe I should?

Chances are if you’re watching this you have either already purchased one and want me to tell you it’s rad, or you are looking for someone to just push you over the ledge. Let me be that person. The Clutch X18 is rad as hell.

Cue Mando music Mech mod and a dripper, This is the way.
As I said in the video, Russian Custom Mods just makes great mech mods. Top-quality machining, top-quality fit and finish. I don’t say anything in this video that I haven’t said in every other Russian Custom Mods video I have ever done. Also, this video is crazy out of order

RCM has a mech mod / button formula that works and works very very well. Maybe someday when they stray from this formula and put out something different, we can go back to giving RCM mods their own full videos.

Without running the risk of repeating myself. This is kinda the only side-fire mech I have really truly enjoyed. Not counting things like the Clutch. TUBE side fire I should have said. It’s just delightful. It does have a weak point that I think you need to be careful with.

But otherwise, the Sui-SIDE mech is built awesome, hits well and because it’s a tube, is really really comfy to hold. Can’t to links, so use google. I know that Suicidemods tries to keep the prices down on these, but the Sui-SIDE with the Stacker add-on does get a little on the pricey side. Certainly not “high end” $400+, but certainly nothing to blow your nose at.

Not much new you can do with a mech mod these days. What a mech really comes down to is quality machining, a good switch, and hits hard. This Method One Mech mod is that in a nutshell. The DEEP engravings are nice, but generally not my cup of tea. They don’t feel “chalkboardy” in any for those curious. I would honestly love to buy a more simple Method One mech mod for personal use. I believe this is also known as the “Underground” mech mod, even though mine says “Darkside”

Almost zero cons IMO. I wish the switch on the outside had like a grip-tape type of texture or any texture at all. It’s smooth and it works well, but only because the throw is so soft. Star Wars rules and I’m a huge fan, but I’m not a huge fan of IP theft. Look I know it’s Disney, but it’s still their IP. Even in Spain, you can’t escape the mouse.

Said this in the video, i’ll say it here. Stan @TenaciousTX KNOWS MECH MODS! and with Heavy Metal Vaper on board, they really made a banger of a mech mod. Hits hard, feels nice, solid construction and a slick innovative switch. I’m a fan.

Still wish that quick release on the bottom was reversed, but what can you do? As I said, it’s not difficult to adapt to it. The coating on the top of mine has started to come off from repeated removal and attaching of RDA’s, so that’s a thing as well.
