MTL BUILD STREAM 2! FT: The Artemis – Cthulhumodz

Ok welcome everyone! had such a fun time last week doing the MTL build stream that I wanted to do it again. We have a NEW Artemis from Cthulhumodz to try out today. This was a late 2020 MTL tank that just arrived in my office. Going to be putting it up this week against the ARES2 , The Intake MTL, and the Reload MTL RTA. We can wrap it all up at the end with another “shoot out” type of thing. I’m an MTL guy, so I’m really really excited to see how this Artemis stacks up.

I also still have all of last weeks MTL tanks still going, so this just became an 8 TANK SHOOT OUT!!! WHOAHHHH BABY!! Anyway, all my after-stream thoughts will be down below.

MTL BUILD STREAM! – FT Kayfun Lite Plus 2020 – Top Tank Shoot Out

Hey Everyone! welcome to the Monday Afternoon Build Stream. I’m not even going to pretend this will be done in less than an hour. We are spending today fiddling around with some MTL tanks. In addition to the buffet of MTL ( mouth to lung ) tanks I have, we are going to spend some extra time on the new Kayfun Lite Plus 2020. Or maybe now it’s 2021 I don’t know. It’s great and we are going to build it, as well as clean up and freshen up a few other choice MTL tanks including Bogan’s ETHER RTA, The DVARW and lastly the Pioneer.

I hate the term “shoot out” but that’s mostly what this will be. Is the KayFun still the king of my MTL world? I honestly don’t know anymore and I feel the need to put all my favorite MTL tanks up against each other. Post stream thoughts will be down below as well as timestamps. Intake MTL RTA – BuildStream / Rundown

This just arrived on my desk and i’m an MTL guy so you bet your behind we are going to be building this new Mike Vapes Intake MTL RTA today. I’ve peeked at the deck and airflow, but for the most part this is going to be a real true first impressions of the Intake MTL RTA. Were obviously going to a build as well as a little Rundown Jim on this guy. Hoping to get this done in under 30min today.

The Pioneer RTA is a BANGER

When an RTA looks high end, but isn’t actually high end, that is the Pioneer RTA. It’s versatile AF. The amount of accesories is staggering. Two post deck is easy to build on, it’s easy to wick and all the parts fit together really well. Some cheap feeling parts here and there, some squeaky threads throughout, but otherwise it’s a pretty solid feeling RTA.

Huge shoutout to Mr Vapor Swaggins for sending this RTA my way. This MTL Rta from KHW Mods came out in late 2018 I believe, so i’m excited to finally try out what everyone has been telling me is “the best mtl rta”

Were going in completely blind here. I haven’t watched any videos or deep dived into this RTA in any way. People tell me it’s easy so i’m interested to see just HOW easy this thing is to build.

GATA MTL RTA in 39 min or less – hotspot city

I got this GATA RTA a few weeks ago and am now just getting around to building it.  Building and installing was fairly easy.  Make sure you wrap COUNTER CLOCKWISE for your coils or they won’t drop down properly.   Give those coils a LIFT as well to keep it away from that ultem insert ( thanks chat for the pro tip )

I’m wicked excited for this tank, i’ve heard good things about the MTL and I’ve got some 12mg Poet Sweet Black Tea that NEEEEEDS to get vaped in this tank. So were spend the next 1/2 hour un-boxing, building and giving some first impression of this GATA RTA from QP designs.
